What did you like/dislike about last job :
- Like: great crew;
- Dislike: tiny living space for crew, no crew mess, 1 shared bathroom.
How did you get into the industry: Though a friend.
What would you like to be doing 5 years from now: To have my own jewellery design studio and a family.
What is your biggest accomplishment: Youngest ever graduate Master Goldsmith in Germany.
Can you work under pressure: Yes, love solving tricky situations.
What was the most difficult situation that you have experienced: Cossing Bay of Biscay in 50 kts wind in a 80ft sailing yacht, with all electrics and electronics gone on the boat and no sleep for 3 days.
What bothers you: Inconsiderate people, unreasonable demands.
What are your pet hates: Cleaning something while knowing that I'll have to do it again in 10 min, 20 times a day!
When was the last time you felt anger on the job: Being accused of something I did not do.
What are your long term career goals: Manage to always love and be good at what I do, no matter what it is and be able to live comfortable of what ever I choose to do.
When did you establish those goals: I came to realise, it's not success in one field that makes you happy, but loving your life and keep setting new challenges.
How do you prepare to achive them: I put some money aside, so I have the freedom to change what I do when I feel that the time is right.
What are the most important rewards in your career: Having people recognise that you're good at what you do and appreciate you for who you are.
What do you do in your spare time: Love doing outdoor sports like climbing, mountain biking, and spending time with my friends.
What makes you laugh: Being silly together with good friends.
What makes you cry: A broken heart.
What is your favourite colour: Depends on my mood.
Have you ever done the walk of shame: No, not really, I stand for what I do and laugh about it if it was stupid.
Have you heard of stewardesses being called "Stupidess" or the term "Stewie bum"? Honestly never heard it. Stewie bum? What's worse: Stewie bum or beer belly?? Nobody is perfect!
Have you ever met anyone famous: Yes, quite a few people, but was not really impressed by anyone.
What is the most embarrassing thing you've done: I've stepped from the platform into the tender and ending up in the water in full evening uniform.
What was the most embarrassing thing you've seen someone else do: Fill the fuel tank with 1000 liters of water half a day before the boss was supposed to arrive.
How do you prepare for a busy season: Be prepared for the worst case scenario and always have a back up plan!
