The Perfect Pina Colada Recipe.
Ingredients (serves 4)
500ml (2 cups) chilled pineapple juice
125ml (1/2 cup) white rum
125ml (1/2 cup) coconut cream
2 tbs finely chopped palm sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Crushed ice, extra, to serve
Place the ingredients into a mixer and blend until smooth. Serve over crushed ice.
Now its time to get creative…. Garnish with sliced pineapple and any other tropical fruits that you fancy.
